Switch your brush head every 3 months.
If your toothbrush bristles start looking all smooshed like a squished-up spaghetti noodle, it's time for a new one!

AND if you’ve been sick (ew, germs!), swap it out even sooner.

Cleaning your Build-A-Brush is easy-peasy! Rinse your spiral core and bits with with warm, soapy water whenever it needs a little refresh. After a quick wash it’s ready for more brushing adventures!

And don't forget to swap out your brush head every 3 months!
